1. Choose an artist: There are many talented artists out there who create beautiful templates specifically designed for paint and sip parties.

2. Gather supplies: You'll need canvas, paints (acrylic or watercolor work well), brushes, palettes, sponges, rags, paper towels, aprons, cups or glasses for wine/beer/punch, snacks (if desired), music to set the mood, a paintbrush cleaner with soap and warm water.
